Considered a “high-value” wildlife plant, thin-leaf sunflower is an excellent perennial food source for pollinators, birds, and mammals. Striking yellow flowers bloom from July to October. It’s potentially aggressively spreading growing habit makes it a good choice for naturalizing in open areas.
