Before You Place Your Order
The brief description below each plant in our catalog is intended as a snapshot to give you a flavor of the plant’s general characteristics. We have drawn information from a variety of reliable and respected sources, listed below. We encourage you to investigate these sources more deeply if you are curious about a plant’s growing habits and requirements, and contribution to a biodiverse ecosystem.

Feel free to call or email to schedule a visit. We’re sorry that we cannot accommodate drop-ins, but if you just happen to be in our neck of the woods at the last minute and want to stop by, please do call us to make sure one of our staff members is available.
Placing an Order
At Dragonfly Natives, we try to be as flexible as possible. You can place an order online, through email, or by phone. Since we are a wholesale nursery serving other industry professionals, we start your ordering process with the wholesale application form, which is the first step to creating an account with us. Please note that if you are a municipality or nonprofit organization, you will be asked to upload tax-exempt forms.
Once your application is approved, usually in less than 24 hours, you will receive an email with directions for creating an online account. Logging into your account allows you to see our full price list and enables you to order.
Delivery or Pick Up Options
When you get to the check out page, you will be prompted to schedule a pick-up or delivery date. A base delivery fee –10% of your order–will be applied at that time. An additional small delivery fee will be calculated based on your distance from our nursery.
Returns
We regret that we cannot accept any returns. Due to potential exposure to jumping worms, an invasive species, we follow strict protocols to prevent our soil and plants from being contaminated, including not accepting returns of any plant material that has not been under our care.

Cancellation Policy
If we have pulled your order and prepared it for pick up or delivery and you need to cancel, we charge a 10% restocking fee.
